While the experience is virtual, the focus remains on creating spaces that feel intentional, cohesive, and personal.

Discovery Call
After you submit an inquiry, we’ll review your project details and send a link to schedule a 30-minute Discovery Call. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your goals, timeline, overall vision, and anticipated investment, and determine which of our services may be the best fit.
We’ll answer any initial questions and outline what next steps would look like if we decide to move forward together.
Design Meeting
If it feels like a strong fit, we’ll schedule a design meeting (either in person or virtually) where we take a deeper look at your space and priorities. This working session allows us to refine the scope of work, better understand the level of involvement required, and ensure we’re aligned before preparing a proposal.
Proposal
From here, we’ll present a detailed proposal outlining scope, recommended service, timeline, and investment. This document reflects our shared understanding of the project and provides a clear framework for how we’ll work together.
